OEM Inventory Consolidation

Mitkem Technologies, Inc. has excelled in our handling of excess inventory. The following are the three most commonly used options available.

1) Line-item purchase
Mitkem Technologies markets the inventory for its customers and purchases it on a piece by piece basis upon receiving an order. The benefit to utilizing this option is that our customers get a higher percentage return towards their original cost.

2) Lot Purchase
Mitkem Technologies purchases inventory as a lot, we then warehouse the product. This option allows our customers to make a percentage of their cost in a quick fashion and saves them the hassle of warehousing the product.

3) Consignment
Mitkem Technologies, Inc. has a number of international consignment contracts. Under such a contract, Mitkem Technologies, Inc. takes possession of the surplus inventory of our client and stores it in our warehouse. However, the product is still owned by our customer through a two-party legal agreement, . Under the constraints of that agreement, Mitkem Technologies is obliged to warehouse the product, inventory it and credit the customer when sold. Monthly reports are provided outlining the status of the inventory and sales. Our consignment contract offers best percentage return in the market.
